Q In response to this question, I encourage you to spend a few minutes researching "nonfeasance, misfeasance, and malfeasance." What is each one, and how are they different?
Nonfeasance involves the failure of performing a particular act, which is needed by the law. On the other hand, misfeasance suggests a transgression and any kind of wrongful exercise of the lawful authority. However, the term malfeasance includes the wrongdoing by a particular public official. The law enforcement corruption reveals the misconduct of the police where the law enforcement officers and the police actually break the political contract and responsibilities for personal gain. This is one kind of abusing the power of law enforcement (Pollock 179).
